Steve Jobs, a man who claimed that how a simple visionary attitude can change your whole world – totally upside down, a business tycoon whose GPA was average but who loved to do the things differently, an executer who always pierced into the WHY factor in his products and convinced the USA market, made them believe to the core that Apple was the best, a master mind who changed the push technology to a touch technology, a technocrat and innovator who promised the world to give an all new vision and friendliness to get-used-to to a fresh invention.
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

Riding out the Porsches off the sight
A very funny incident happened in the early 90s, when an investor was going to visit NEXT, Steve Jobs ordered his Porsche along with his employee Randy Adams’s Porsche to be moved out of sight of that investor. Jobs thought that “If the investor will find out the Porsche, he will think that we’ve got money”.
Let go off the past, to build a new future
After being fired from his own company, when Steve jobs returned back to Apple in the mid 90’s he donated his inventions and work of computers and blueprints to Stanford University. He started with the zero again to embrace a bright, new and fresh future.
Jobs lied to Steve Wozniak
While Jobs and Wozniak were working for Atari they were about to split the pay in equal parts i.e. 50-50 share. On completion of the job Atari gave Job a paycheck of $5000. Jobs told Wozniak that Atari payed him $700 for work, leaving Wozniak with a payment of $350 and Jobs with $4650.
Jobs was a Pescetarian
Steve Jobs ate only fish and no other meat and that means he was a Pescetarian.
Why the name Apple?
On being asked about the company’s name to be “Apple” Jobs said that they were supposed to come out with a name by 5 o’clock in the evening “I like Apples and because it came before Atari in the phone book.”. Jobs worked in this company before starting his own company.
The reason behind why we love unpackaging Apple products
Packaging – The best part of an Apple product, isn’t it? It is observed that the excitement we feel while opening any Apple product is somewhat irresistible. Jobs having known this fact used to give great importance to packaging to get the exact level of excitement a human psychology can possibly have while opening any package.
Apple III = Lisa
The “Apple III” was renamed to Lisa after her birth, so actually Apple III is kind of rhyming with his daughter’s name “Lisa”. After the birth of Lisa, , Jobs refrained paternity on his first child, claiming he was sterile. He denied paternity on his first child, claiming he was sterile. Lisa’s mother Chris-Ann Brennan, 28 had to take care of raising her kid through welfare cheques.
Steve jobs was very lethargic and lazy by nature
At Atari during his job, Jobs was put on the night shift due to some Hygiene or lack thereof. Talks say that he never took a bath and would keep on walking the office in his bare feet.
Not following rules was like Jobs forte of being himself
He never used the license plates on his silver Mercedes SL55 AMG while he always drove.
Deep level of observations
His attentive observations were like nobody else, an observational tendency which can be found in rare people. He desperately called a Google Engineer on a Sunday with a crisis : The gradient on their O was slightly off.
The last words by Jobs
After living a life in the arms of innovation and a long battle with pancreatic cancer, Jobs’ last words were “Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow” while looking over the shoulders of his family. Mona Simpson Mona Simpson, uncovered this in her tribute which was published in the New York Times.
