“Harry Potter” fans who are feeling the loss of the wizarding world presented in J.K. Rowling’s books may be ameliorated by the recently released pictures from “prequel” film “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them,” which happens in New York 70 years before we meet Harry and his companions.

“Fantastic Beasts” depends on the Hogwarts course reading of the same name and takes after the enterprises of its writer, Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), who is portrayed as a “magizoologist” — somebody who studies on magical creatures. The adjustment was penned by Rowling — denoting her first screenplay — and coordinated by David Yates, who helmed the last four “Harry Potter” films.

Amusement Weekly has uncovered the first photographs from the film, which include Redmayne and co-stars Katherine Waterston (Porpentina “Tina” Goldstein), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein) and Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski).
